The Human Rights of an Octogenarian Chinese Woman

Google Censorship is a Flagrant Violation of Our Freedom of Speech!
Freedom of speech is being able to speak freely without censorship. The United States Constitution protects opinions under inalienable 1st Amendment free speech rights.
The right to freedom of speech is also guaranteed under international law through numerous human-rights instruments, notably under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
How much longer is Google allowed to continue its censorship in violation of the United States Constitution and the international law?

This is an important issue….Google has been involved in other censorship cases as well. Recently they suspended the accounts of several Blogger.com users who were critical of Obama. Check out the campaign to hold Google accountable for its behavior:

It is not cencorship if it is Google. The first amendment was written about the government. The only debate left is that of wether Googlei s the government or not. Then it might apply. In fact, assuming Google is not the government, the first amendment actually protects it.

Google has the near monopoly over the flow of electronic information in the United States. The abuse of this power is detrimental to the interests of “We the People of the United States,” and security of our country.
Google is using its powers against the formation of a more perfect Union, establishment of Justice, and insuring of domestic Tranquility.
Google’s abuse of its near monopoly power works against our common defense, general Welfare, Liberty and Posterity.
Google is a domestic and foreign enemy that works against the Constitution of the United States of America.
The question now is:
What’s the United States government going to do about it?

You have zapped in from the blue without even hinting at what your interest in the issue might be other than educating the moderators on their constitutional rights.
There are a series of problems associated with the way corporations, namely google in this case, are running our freedoms to the ground.
Google has a near-monopoly over the flow of information, thereby preventing would-be competitors from providing the choice you have alluded to, but a fact you ignored in your argument.
If you familiarize yourself with the ‘Violations of the Sherman Act,’ perhaps we might find a starting point for a discussion.
